When will my order be shipped:
All purchases are processed within 48 hours. Orders will be shipped via UPS in 3-21 days from date of processing to allow the hand-painted originals to dry properly for safe handling. TriGallery will email the shipping date and tracking number.

 

Can I get faster shipping?
Free Ground Shipping applies to The Core Collection and The World Championship Collection. UPS 2nd day and standard overnight is available and will be included in your check-out total.

 

What do I do if my artwork is damaged?
Orders are shipped in packaging that has proven to be effective in preventing most types of damages in transit. Refuse any packages with any obvious exterior damage and we will promptly send you a replacement. If you've already accepted the package and aren't satisfied, call our Customer Care Team at 412-455-6060, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, EST, to receive instructions for returns.
